How we begin

We start by listening.

We never prescribe until we can say your situation back to you better than you said it. Then—only if invited—we help your team decide the smallest helpful next step.

Principles (our stance)

  • Ask before advise. We never prescribe until we can mirror your situation back accurately.
  • Buyer's lens > vendor lens. We immerse in your buyers' world, tools, and tempo.
  • Humility & consent. We admit what we don't know and ask permission to explore.
  • Co-create or don't create. Anything we make is co-authored with your team to reflect your buyer's reality.
  • A good "no" is success. If "not now" is right, we help you say it clearly and leave you stronger.

How we actually work (human first)

Phase 0 — Enter gently · goal: earn permission to understand; no selling.

Short "context only" call. We reflect back what we heard and ask "what did we miss?"

Phase 1 — Finally get clarity · understand people, pressures, and proof needed to move.
  • "What does good look like for them?"
  • "What would make this a bad decision?"
  • "Who else cares, and what would they worry about?"

You'll finally have clarity on who needs to say yes, what they're worried about, and what evidence would convince them. We draft this as a Decision Clarity Brief in your buyer's voice. You correct it; we don't proceed until it's true.

Phase 2 — No more guessing what to do next · define the smallest next step that helps them move.

Together we write success criteria: "What would we need to see in 2–4 weeks to call this useful?" Then we identify the one small move that actually advances your deal.

Phase 3 — Surface trade-offs early · make their conversations easier; we are quiet hands.

We surface trade-offs where our solution may not fit, so you can make confident decisions. We prep them for hard conversations; they lead, we support.

Phase 4 — Leave stronger · a confident yes or no.

We review what helped, what was noise, and whether to continue, pause, or stop. A clear "no" leaves you stronger whether you continue with us or choose another path.

What clients need (and how we show up)

  • To feel seen: we mirror your words, avoid jargon, ask permission before we advise.
  • Risk reduced: we identify specific worries per person and find proof they will accept.
  • Progress without pressure: small steps you can say yes to; no big commitments.
  • A partner, not a pitch: we'll name where we're not a fit and help compare options.

First step (no obligation)

Share what's stuck. If we can't help, we'll point you to someone who can.
